Cemeteries Manager, Woodvale Crematorium
My name is Katy Christopher. I was born and lived in Hertfordshire until 1994 when I married Hugh and moved to Lancing, West Sussex.
I previously worked in the Civil Service, then, having moved to Sussex, embarked on a freelance music career, teaching privately and playing the organ in churches and chapels between Worthing and Brighton.
From 1994, I played the organ regularly at Woodvale Crematorium in Brighton. Then in 2009 I became a regular member of the crematorium staff.
I am a committed Christian and firmly believe that the Lord led me to this work, and gave me the vision to create this website to offer support and fellowship for Christians who are involved in the funeral profession and associated fields.
